Consumer Notice
The Consumer Notice explains the types of agency relationships that a consumer may enter into with a Real Estate Professional. A copy of the Consumer Notice will be provided to you for you to review and sign prior to our first meeting.
Buyer’s Agency Contract
The Buyer Agency contract is an agreement between the buyer and a real estate brokerage, covering negotiable terms such as contract duration, services, and broker compensation.
The Agreement of Sale
The Standard Agreement of Sale is the purchase contract between the buyer and seller. This agreement outlines all of the terms, contingencies and dates regarding the purchase of the property.
